Submissions must be original and of a scale suitable for outdoor exhibition.

You may submit up to 3 works - at least one or more works must be for the sculpture garden.

Forms must be completed and returned to John Goode, Mill Cove Gallery, Castletownbere, County Cork on or before 19^th March 2010. Submission forms may be down loaded from the web site but cannot be submitted online.

Works must be presented ready for exhibition without any further work needed on them.

Images of work may be submitted by photo or cd.

Work must be priced to include the gallery commission of 40% +VAT. Please ensure the selling price is correct as this cannot be changed once the catalogue goes to print. Payments for sales will be made 30 days after the sale has been completed.

Work selected may be delivered to Mill Cove Gallery, Castletownbere from 19^th March

Selection will be made on merit.

The exhibition of selected work will open at Mill Cove Gallery, Castletownbere, County Cork on 4^th April. The exhibition will continue until September 2010.

By signing the submission form the Artist licences Mill Cove Gallery to reproduce their work for publicity purposes in relation to the exhibition.

The utmost care will be taken of all work submitted but Mill Cove Gallery will not be responsible for any damage, loss of, or destruction to any work for any reason whatsoever. Any insurance should therefore be effected by the artist against all risks
